Visa for Rwanda:
Dutch people who want to visit Rwanda should be in the possession of a visa.
A visa form can be obtained from the Rwandan Embassy in The Hague or from this website.

For a visa for Rwanda it is required:
Business visa requirements:
• 2 application forms,
• 1 letter of guarantee,
• 1 invitation,
• Yellow fever booklet,
• two passport pictures (without glasses!) and
• a passport (still valid for a minimum ofsix months and at least 1 blank page inside).
Tourist visa requirements:
• 2 application forms,
• Yellow fever booklet,
• copy of (air) ticket,
• copy of hotel reservation,
• 2 passport pictures (without glasses!) and
• a passport (still valid for a minimum ofsix months and at least 1 blank page inside).
Business visa: maximum stay 3 months, consular fees for a single entry (€ 40).
Tourist visa: maximum stay 3 months, consular fees for a single entry (€ 40).

Passport of Rwanda:
For passport request, the applicant has to provide the following:
- Passport application form duly completed and signed by the applicant: two copies
- Passport photo with white background: two
- Letter addressed to Director General Immigration and Migration requesting passport
- Photocopy of residence permit
- Rwandan identification document
The cost of obtaining a passport is seventy two (€ 75) euros. It takes around two months for one to be issued with a Passport.
